Get involved with CWH and support work that advances healthier watersheds, rivers, habitats, and communities across the Los Angeles region. Volunteers and interns can help strengthen CWH’s programs through education, outreach, research support, events, communications, resource development, and community engagement.

Volunteer Oppurtunities

Volunteers help CWH connect watershed knowledge with local communities. Opportunities may vary by project, event, season, and program needs.

Internship Oppurtunities

CWH internships are designed for students or early-career professionals interested in water, environmental planning, community engagement, research, communications, design, public policy, or nonprofit work.

 

Interns may support work related to:

  • Community engagement GIS, mapping, and data support 
  • Communications and storytelling
